Sleep is an important thing in life. The body needs time to rest as well, eating, drinking and breathing. Many studies that sleep has an important role in physical health, longevity, and emotional well-being.

Unconsciously, we often do the work until late at night and had to wake up the next morning to do the activity, so less sleep as a result. In fact it teens need about 8 ½ to 9 hours of sleep each night. At the time of your lack of sleep can lead to reduced concentrations can even cause pain.

Here are some ways that you are not sleep deprived.
1. Food and drink
Apple
Apple is a fruit that has a good nutritional content and rich in soluble fiber which can expand in your digestion. So that eating apples can make the stomach feel full without twisting. Gives a natural sweet taste of delicious apple without raising blood sugar levels are too high.

Oatmeal
Oatmeal, including wheat is high in magnesium evening snack. Eat a small bowl of oatmeal is the anti-hunger snack that will not interfere with sleep. You can add pieces of apple or other fruit in the oatmeal as a flavor enhancer.

Chamomile tea

2. Sports.

6. Positive thinking.
Positive thinking is very important, upset feeling always makes it difficult to sleep, therefore you have to get used to always think positive. Do not let your mind make your life worse. With positive thinking will make you a more restful sleep and get a good quality of life.
