General tips to help you be more relaxed

Go for a walk without being exhausted.
Rest is important: if you feel tired / ay has trouble sleeping, try some relaxation techniques and consult with your doctor and / or nurse.
If you offer to help, accept it, because there are always people willing to help, and you may not know.
Learn to say “no”. If it is difficult to say, look for a person to say it for you
Keep your playful, fun with those things he likes.
Try out each day for a while, even for a short period of time.
Do not try to cover everything, focus on those things or activities really important and necessary.
Interact with those people with whom you are comfortable, avoid commitments that are no pleasant.
