Pregnancy is often accompanied by nausea, if you feel queasy, you can-drink soft drinks containing ginger extract, eating in small portions but frequently, approximately every 3 hours.
We recommend that you avoid spicy foods, acidic, and foods with a lot of coconut milk.
If you feel queasy, vomiting interfere, check with your obstetrician.
