Are you a fan of coffee? Here are five healthy reasons why you can now enjoy your daily dose of coffee with more enthusiasm:

Cancer. Scientific studies show that coffee drinkers are 50% less likely to develop cancer than those who do not consume this drink. The preventive effects are particularly relevant in colon, breast and prostate.

Diabetes. According to research by the George Institute for International Health at the University of Sydney (Australia), for every additional cup of coffee consumed in a day reduces the risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 7%. The positive effect is also achieved by drinking decaf.

Bad breath. Scientists at Tel Aviv University in 2009 showed that the coffee extract can inhibit the growth of our mouth bacteria that cause bad breath.

Parkinson’s disease. Scientific studies in the U.S. and Europe show that daily consumption of one to three cups of coffee is associated with a lower incidence of Parkinson’s disease. Longevity.
