Can not be considered as a personalized diet but a diet included within generic or standard diets. This type of diet has guidelines to follow.

It is also recommended to include a multivitamin in the mornings, this should be taken along with a juice. Many people take protein shakes, especially when the diet does not include the necessary proteins. It is advisable to do half an hour before breakfast.

Below is a example of a weekly menu diet volume.

For breakfast: 4 egg whites with oatmeal, or a scoop of protein powder with skim milk
Mid-morning: Chicken and sweet potato (medium portion)
For lunch: Chicken with a large salad
By mid-afternoon: A scoop of protein with water, 1 sweet
For dinner: fish, cooked vegetables, large salad or egg whites with chicken and many vegetables
Before bed: A hard-boiled egg
