Vitamins A, C and E for a healthier body and boost the immune system

The free radicals are unstable molecules produced by the human metabolism. These molecules attack other cells and can cause cancer. Vitamins A, C and E stabilize free radicals and stimulate the immune system.
Vitamin A ( beta carotene )
It is necessary to keep the skin healthy eyesight and immune system. Beta carotene protects you from degenerative diseases such as cancer.
The sources of this vitamin are present in dairy products like cheese, butter and margarine, the egg yolk and oily fish retinol. Beta carotene is also present in fruits and vegetables yellow and orange carrots, mango, apricots, sweet potatoes, peppers and leafy vegetables.
Vitamin A deficiency is manifested in increased infections and poor night vision.
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)
It is necessary for the production of collagen, which is the basis of a gum, teeth, bones, and skin. Its antioxidant properties may protect you from heart disease and cancer.

Lack of this vitamin is rare, but some symptoms such as anemia and nerve damage can occur in people who can not absorb fat.
