Vegetable Soup Diet

Soup-Diet
This diet is recommended for rapid weight loss and has no side effects. If you follow the menu, you will lose up to 5 kg in seven days.

Due to the process of fat intake in the body during the diet should not drink any alcohol, and also forbidden to eat bread!

The basic vegetable soup, which helps to burn fat fast:
ingredients:
800 ml canned tomatoes (or strained tomatoes (eg Podravka)
about 1.5 liters of water
2 soups on a stock (chicken or beef)
salt, vegetables, soup cube
2 large (or yellow or red) bell peppers
6 large green onions
1/2 large head cabbage (about 1 kg)
Celery (root and leaves) approx 1 kg
All ingredients are necessary, especially celery.

The soup can be seasoned as desired with salt, pepper and herbs.

Optionally you can also add a cube or vegeta soup or hot sauce (Tabasco)

preparation:
Cook all the vegetables that you previously cut into small and medium pieces in water has a high heat for about 10 minutes, then reduce the heat (temperature) and simmer until vegetables are tender. Finally add the spices, broth and tomatoes in the bag.
Soup can eat constantly throughout the day, when you are hungry. You can eat as desired. The more they eat lose more kilos.

first Day
Eat only fruit and soup. You can eat any fresh fruit but not bananas. Melon and watermelon are the best because they contain a lot of water. You can drink tea without sugar or water.

second day
Eat all the vegetables. You can eat all you want of fresh vegetables and canned. Try to eat plenty of green leafy vegetables (lettuce, spinach,…). Avoid peas, beans and corn. For dinner you can reward this day with a big baked potato with skin (NOT OIL - wrap the potato in foil and bake in the oven or cook on the fire). You can season with a dollop of sour cream or butter. This day, do not eat any fruit.

third day
Eat the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. Nothing more. If these three days has faithfully followed this menu, and you have not eaten anything out of this menu, you should lose 2-3 pounds.

fourth day
Eat soup, bananas and skim milk (1.6% mm, can yogurt or kefir). You can eat three bananas and you can drink all the water you want. Bananas are high in carbohydrates (and rather caloric), the same goes for milk. This day your body needs potassium and carbohydrates, as well as calcium and protein, in order to reduce sugar cravings (desire for sweets).

fifth Day
Eat soup, beef and tomatoes. You can eat about 200 grams of beef and a can of tomato or six fresh tomatoes. This day steak, baked without fat fast is recommended (cook quickly in the skillet on both sides until golden brown (do not burn)) or cooked meat (do not eat the meat broth, because it is fat). Try to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water (approx. 2 liters) to allow the acid wash your body. Eat the soup at least once this day.

sixth Day
Eat soup, meat and vegetables. Eat all you want. You can eat 2-3 steaks with leafy greens (spinach, lettuce). Eat the soup at least once this day.

seventh-day
Eat soup, brown rice (whole wheat, brown, shell) in water and seasoned as desired and vegetables, nonfat clear. You can drink unsweetened fruit juice (100% juice, no nectar) drink water to your liking.
