Use of time in the gym

With the kind of life we have now, where we barely have time to train, not only must win bodybuilding physical force, we must also worry about the mental strength. We should concentrate on working for as long as we are in the gym to make it as profitable as possible. It is proven that most athletes who work out at the gym can do the same work done in half the time used.
Having clear objectives
In each work session in the gym should we view our long-term goal. For example: lose 5 kilos of weight, gain 4 kilos of muscle mass, a six pack, get 50 inch biceps, etc.. Based on these long-term goals will come the short-term objectives. The short-term objectives should be our motto in each session. We must set these little goals. For example: I will throw 4 kilos more bench press, or go to work 10 minutes on the elliptical, etc..
These short term goals will help us achieve the ultimate goal almost without realizing it.
Do not take our problems to the gym
You know the phrase “not to take work home”? So we have to learn a new “take no gym either.” If we keep thinking about problems or concerns of everyday life, the gym workout will suffer. The timing of the gym is our time to take care of the body, and we just have to keep this in mind.
Each of us must find the best time of day to train. This is much better to work in the gym in the morning, when the mental energy we fresher. If you can not be otherwise and we must train late at night, we strive to forget our everyday problems.
Listen to music
Each of us has a music that excites us and motivates us. We sit at the computer and collect in a folder the music we put the batteries, we had a media player and in our gym sessions will be our soundtrack. My recommendation is to be an upbeat music (we’re on a pilates or yoga class). Here some that help me pull more:
- Good Charlotte - Boys and girls
- The Rasmus - Lucifer’s angel
- Escape The Fate - My Apocalypse
- Disturbed - Inside The Fire
- Vanilla Sky - Goodbye
- Afi - Girls not Grey
- Evanescence - Bring me to life
- Linkin Park - Numb
- Blink 182 - All The Small Things
- Metro station - Shake it
- System of a Down - Question!
- Pantera - Cowboys From Hell
- Fall out Boy - A little less sixteen candles, a little more touch me
- Plain White It’s - Our time Now
- Nofx - Hot dog in a hallway
Focus on exercise technique
We must focus on the technical implementation, focusing on the muscles that perform the exercise and feel them working well throughout the movement.
When we focus on the technique, we forget in all that surrounds us, and so avoid distractions. That’s what the mirrors in gyms, to check the position of the body during exercise and perfect technical execution.
Keep a record of each training session
To save time we carry our routine on paper, and on it go recording all the details of our training session, sets, exercises, load, recovery time, etc..
Not to talk
Although it seems a council antisocial, to which we refer is not having deep conversations. If we want to talk about a subject in depth with a friend or training partner, after training we will have a drink, but during the training session at most can afford the typical polite phrases: How are you doing? See you strong?, Etc..
