Today’s routine and lifestyle that we define our health and beauty so much so I want to share with you something very important, are 8 tips to maintain the beauty and health in our day to day.

. 1 - Healthy Eating : It is advisable to eat and eat a healthy manner and for this we will take the phrase ” breakfast like king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar,” but more importantly it will help not eat between meals, chew food, eat without worries and enjoy what is to be eating. Preferably not eat stimulating foods.

- Junk food, tea, coffee, soft drinks, chocolates, sweets, fried foods.

- The consumption of fruits, vegetables, cereals and pulses, oil seeds (almonds, pecans, raisins, etc.), cooked simply and healthily.
This helps us prevent indigestion and gastric ailments and actually makes us live longer and better, and avoid increases different types of cancers, prevents extreme thinness obesity, checking blood pressure, prevents osteoporosis, anemia and high fat blood and above makes us look younger.
2 - Consume Water. Advisable and proper thing is to drink 8 glasses of water a day :
- On rising, mid-morning and mid-afternoon, always outside meals, not with them. Contributes to the beauty and skin health, weight control, prevents and cures constipation, controls appetite, makes our brain work better and helps improve circulation.
. 3 - Breathe Clean Air : It helps to breathe clean air and drink during the day. The proper way is the way abdominal breathing several times a day (breathing through the nose doing a bit of pressure in the abdomen and hold for 5 to 10 seconds and then expel from the mouth ).
Contribute and reduces stress, purify the blood and decreases the susceptibility to infection, causes the brain to malfunction and short-term memory. The entry of air oxygenates the body and especially the brain.
. 4 - Rest : A way to repair the energy and rest is sleep to adequate time each day, the time off should be 7 to 8 hours daily. On the other hand you must take a day of the week for complete rest from all labor tasks and dedicate that day ( Saturday) to have a contact with God and family. Also have at least a break of 15 to 30 days a year maintains health, always take some as vacation these days, will help restore energy, repair the body, revive the defenses, and repairing health, manage stress and prevents diseases.
. 5 - Have Self-Control : Managing own domain helps to avoid eating foods that are nothing beneficial for health and body. The refrain to snuff, alcohol, drugs, caffeine, tea, chocolate, soda, junk food prevents imbalances in our health and on the contrary, avoid eating these food products and gives us total freedom, peace of mind, health, strengthens us to face the day with discipline, strength, and optimism moving away from depression and stress.
. 6 - Taking Sun: Nothing better than being in the sun 2 or 3 times a week for 30 minutes with sunscreen, sunglasses and light clothing, produces vitamin C and causes calcium we consume strengthens bones, improves blood pressure, strengthens the immune system and improves the character.
7 - Relationship with God. ‘s Beautiful to have a personal relationship with God to feel the love for us and that we must express our neighbors. Reading the Bible daily, pray several times a day and share with others the love of God to others. It helps transform our mind, heart and body.
8 - Practical Exercises. This is inevitable to maintain health and purify and circulate blood. You can practice brisk walking, swimming, biking, jogging or running for 45 minutes a day. This will help strengthen the heart, bones, regulate blood pressure, improve digestion and preventing constipation healing, slows cell aging, beautify the shape and improves the skin, strengthens the immune system, reduces fatigue and stress.
