Tips for healthier eating

Sweeten your food with honey.

Do not eat carbohydrates or sugars after five in the afternoon.

Try to remove the chips.

Drink water.

Replace vegetable oil for olive oil.

Do not mix carbohydrates during meals (eg, rice and potatoes).

Do not eat fruit after noon (remember that most of them contain a high blood sugar).

Eat small portions every three hours.

Eliminate white flour and replace them with whole grains.

Decrease consumption of some foods high in sugars. These, carrot, beetroot and banana. ( Although they are very beneficial not abuse its consumption ).

Removes energy drinks from your diet as they contain a high percentage of sugar.

Consume coconut water. It has no calories and is very healthy.

Eat white meat.

Always remember to include foods with vitamins for a healthier body.

Include exercise in your life.
