The perfect health diet

What is the perfect diet ?

The perfect diet includes all the food groups but the calorie count depends on the sex, weight and lifestyle of the person, so it is recommended to visit a dietitian or nutritionist. These are the elements that should be considered in this diet :

- At least 30 minutes of daily exercise to burn calories and help control weight.

- Include 110 grams of foods made with whole grains such as brown rice, wholemeal bread, pasta, etc..

- 60 grams of vegetable oil, such as soybean oil, corn, sunflower seeds, etc..

- An abundant amount of vegetables. It is recommended to include at least three different plants, so that 170 grams per meal consumed.

- 2-3 fruits. It should be noted that a fruit is a normal part of any small fruit (pear, apple, banana, etc). If fruits are very small or very large, the equivalent of a piece will be 110 grams.

- 1-3 servings of nuts or legumes. This includes the nuts, chickpeas, peanuts, whole wheat, etc.. Each serving is 60 grams.

- 1-2 servings of dairy products or foods that provide calcium such as tofu. Each serving is 230 grams if it is fat or are light or 110 grams contains grease.

- 1-2 servings of poultry, fish or eggs (chicken, turkey, etc.. ). Each serving is 110 grams or 1 egg.
Foods to consume little

Although this diet is varied, there are some foods that are recommended to consume infrequently. Among them are refined grains (white rice, white bread, pasta ), refined sugars or synthetic ( sweets, artificial sweeteners, highly refined sugar, etc.. ) And potatoes, especially if they are fried. It is also advisable to minimize the intake of red meat, butter and margarine.
The perfect diet, beyond the myths

It is clear that the best diet is the most balanced and one that covers all types of food except for cases where health issues are recommended to change a group. Unlike fad diets, the perfect diet never generate disease, hunger or lack of nutrients.
