feel-goodWe often wonder ‘ Why am I so tired if sleep much ? ‘ O ‘ why am yawning so much today ? ‘ Fatigue is a very common phenomenon and at some point in life we’ve all had.

For some reason that is known to us ( sleepless night, prolonged physical activity ) have felt tired , which usually disappears when we have a good night’s rest . But what happens when you go away?

Chronic fatigue syndrome chronic fatigue is defined as physical and mental no known cause , and it lasts more than six months , this syndrome limits the person’s functional capacity , ie you can not properly develop physically or mentally .

How do I know if I have fatigue ? What I can do if I’m tired frequently even when I sleep a lot?

These are the 10 recommendations provided to avoid fatigue :

Maintaining adequate levels of blood glucose , if is above 126 mg / dL or below 60 mg / dl may present fatigue because energy is not adequately reaching our cells.

Having triglycerides below 170 mg / dL , high cholesterol causes blood not circulating properly and often we feel tired .

Normal levels of albumin. If it is below 3.5 g / dL may be an indicator of malnutrition and lack of energy, fatigue result .

Hemoglobin above 12 g / dL , this is also an indicator of anemia , oxygen fails adequately to our cells and we feel tired .

Having a restful sleep to prevent frequent headaches , when there is no rest the body reflects this tiredness and headache .

Sleep the number of hours required . When less time sleep neurotransmitters in the brain are not produced in the right way and you have symptoms of fatigue.

Have a physical activity of at least 20 minutes a day. When we do get a lot of physical fatigue, but also excessive rest can result in fatigue .

Know if we are wrong diet , when we have a bad combination of food, and an unbalanced diet do not have enough nutrients and energy for our daily activities . This is important to recognize the body type of each person and food combinations that are ideal according to physical activity and body type .

Avoid stress , when we are in ordinary situations of stress our body reacts differently and is reflected as tired eventually .

Apathy forget , this is the feeling that the person has no interest in its activities , and may result in fatigue.
