Rooibos tea

To tell the truth, tea or Rooibos Red Bush Tea as it is also known, is not really a tea, but is a native grass Cederburg area in South Africa. Preparing for rooibos tea

Rooibos preparation is the same as the ordinary tea. First heats the water in the pot until it is boiling. Add a teaspoon or one tea bag in a cup ( no more than a teaspoon or bag per cup). Then pour the water and let the tea for a few minutes to prepare.

The longer it is left before drinking, the greater the amount of antioxidants the tea will contain. This can be served alone, with hot or cold milk, and lemon. It can also be lightly sweetened with honey or sugar, or drink it without any sweetener. Rooibos also is delicious to drink as iced tea.

In South Africa, often the Rooibos tea is used in the kitchen every day, because it not only provides large amounts of minerals and vitamins to the diet and helps digestion, but enhances the flavors of food. Just replace the water in the containers for tea.
