Properties and benefits of fruits

fruitFruits are a special group of foods , because its nutrients are easily absorbed . This select group , which naturally can enjoy any time of the day , providing the body with minerals, vitamins , fiber and water required for its operation .

Fruit consumption facilitates digestive processes , provides elasticity to the skin and strengthens the immune system .
