Nutrition during menopause is important since it is a period of change in the body of the woman. Nutrition can help lessen some of the major problems reducing the imbalances produced during menopause, and therefore improving the quality of life of women at this stage of his life.

The source of animal protein should be consumed as little fat as possible, taking care to remove all visible fat. Eat 5 servings a day of fruits and vegetables, which provide fiber and lots of vitamins and minerals.

Reduce consumption of fatty foods.
