Negative Calories: are they useful for weight loss?

Also, some seasonings such as chili, pepper and mustard have been recommended to stimulate your metabolism and increase energy expenditure that our body has to perform its vital functions. Then, these foods can also help you lose weight if included as part of the diet.

We see then that although there are no negative calories, know your concept can be helpful in losing weight without starving, but eating the right foods to achieve the objective.
