First of all, I am not a doctor, and I am not writing this to give you any kind of medical advice. Instead I am attempting to report what is being said in various venues about the keto way of eating and to report what has happened to me since I began that journey. The actual weight loss is not the most important thing, but as a long sought goal so it is rewarding to report. If I can do that a couple of more times I will be approaching my final weight loss goal.
