Lately I’ve been trying to eat in a healthier way, With Ideas for a healthy breakfast I started almost three weeks ago and I’m definitely seeing results. Since I am seeing such good results I thought I Should share some of my meals. I will be dividing into different posts the meals: breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner. As You have Already seen in the title this post is all about breakfast ideas, I hope these pictures inspire you to live a healthy lifestyle. Remember it is not about being skinny, it is about being healthy.

Easy healthy breakfast recipes :
Oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries / strawberries blueberries milled oats.
Original Flakes Special K with strawberries, blueberries, banana, and almond milk / cereal Special K Original with strawberries, blueberries, bananas and almond milk.
Oatmeal with strawberries, blueberries, and banana / ground oats with blueberries, bananas and strawberries.
Scrambled eggs with tomato and onions & grapes and blackberries / Scrambled eggs with tomato and onion and grapes and blackberries.
Oatmeal with blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries / ground oats with blueberries, blackberries and raspberries.
Smoothie made of raspberries, blueberries, baby spinach, and ice cubes / Whipped made of blueberries, raspberries, spinach and cubes of ice.
