Do you feel your weight too much? If so, then you start to try to weight. Some people are very easy to lose weight. But, Why do people lose weight easily?
I’ve been trying to eat healthy and do cardio almost every day for 45 minutes. However, the numbers on the scale did not change much. I jealousy my friends who are underweight can goes down easily. Why are some people easily lose weight, while others are difficult?
The answer to that question is: the body’s response to diet and exercise are largely determined by genes. There are people who eat just about anything, but do not gain weight. There is also a weight easy to ride, although only eat a little.
Usually the people who give more weight training effects on body shape than aerobic exercise. In most others, the opposite is happening. (However, it does not mean you should only do one form of exercise).
