How to make the most Exercise

to-stay-fitMost people start exercising because they have a fitness goal they would like to achieve. To get the most out of exercise, here are some basic fitness tips for women and men you might find useful and want to incorporate into your workout routine .

Before you start

Before beginning any fitness program , for your safety and as a precaution , always seek the advice of your physician or other health / wellness license regarding your health or medical condition .
Stretch

Stretch each muscle group before, during and after exercise it. This will help reduce or prevent painful cramps and injuries .

Stay hydrated

Drink water or liquids with electrolytes in it , before, during and after exercise. Avoid filling the stomach with liquids too . This may make you feel uncomfortable and make you feel sick while working out.

Down Time

Give yourself at least 24-48 hours of rest ( “time” ) before exercising the same muscle group . Your muscles need time to recover before working them again. If you are just starting a workout program that you may need more time to recover.

When Exercising

A good general rule is to exercise one hour before eating and two to four hours after a full meal. Work too soon will most likely result in poor digestion and in some cases nausea.

Stay true to your style

Do not cheat on the exercises. ( For example , a “real” push up is when the lower position is having his chest almost touching the ground and the vertical position is pushing yourself so your arms are fully extended. ) If you are strict with your form all exercises , not only will you pay faster results, but can also prevent injuries.
