How to lose more than 10 pounds in a week

dinner:

- A bowl of fruit salad : papaya, cantaloupe, apples, pears and grapes.

- A cup of tea

It is important that between meals, ingest 1 cup fruit to control anxiety and hunger. It is also essential that you do not forget to drink 2 liters of water a day.
