The trick in this is ; that during the night some do not consume food for at least 8 hours. What makes the calories that your body will use as fuel for your workout is fat stored in your body, not the calories that you obtained in food.

Tip # 2. This trick is very controvencial because many people doubt that it actually works but in my experience it is very effective.

Is to eat your last food of the day at least three hours before going to bed. The theory on which this trick on how to lose abdominal fat is that fat is more easily accumulated in the abdomen if consumed late at night, as your body may not burn completely during your sleep period.

Tip # 3: Is performing abdominal exercises in small batches several times a day.
