How to avoid dehydration

Well, with a little research online you can find all these answers and more . Because of our lifestyle and eating habits of most of us are walking dehydrated. But with a little effort we can recognize the symptoms of dehydration and keep hydrated throughout each day. Drinking water, staying hydrated is very important that the reaction of each of the chemicals in our body needs water.

For our body to function at its best you have to stay hydrated. Did you feel thirsty during exercise or simply carrying out their daily tasks ?
