How to avoid bloating

According to the science of acupressure, abdominal bloating caused by the stomach and spleen function impaired, either due to external causes of disease and the cause of the disease.

Incompatibility can makes flatulence foods, although this is not a common occurrence as you might think. How to avoid bloating :
1. Making changes in diet and lifestyle, choose one that is easy to digest foods such as potato body, rice, oranges, grapes and avoid foods that contain high gas (cabbage, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and peas).
2. Some people sometimes have different reactions to certain foods, so it helps a person recognizes what foods can make symptoms worse or better.
3. Should eat six times a day with small portions compared to three times in large portions. Because of the smaller meals will be easier to digest and produce less gas.
