  • • Maintain health by drinking plenty of water, avoid foods that are too spicy or avoid consuming too much coffee.
  • • Occasional drinking a solution of prebiotics is also very good for your body.

Urinary tract is vital for human organs, so early on, hygiene and health should be considered properly, so as not to cause problems in the urinary tract infection later in life.
