Fruit diet weight loss plan

There are fruits diets based on fruit consumption (and other foods). In particular, I do not like this diet too, it gives me the feeling that we ignore other important foods like vegetables and protein.

By eating so much fruit, gives the feeling that you are carrying a very healthy diet. Not saying it’s not effective in the short term, but do not think it advisable to hold on too long.

My impression is that too many carbohydrates throughout the day are consumed, and foods like meat and fish (essential for maintaining muscle) take second place. Over time, due to the lack of protein in the diet, your body will begin to burn muscle, and that’s not good if you want to keep your weight over the years.

No doubt the fruit diet is good to do it for a few days just to purify the body. For example, after Christmas, we’re all wanting to control the food and eliminate the extra kilos you have caught, so it might be a good choice to make the fruit diet for 1 short week or so, but go months eating like says diet, I do not think it’s good.
How is fruit diet does?

Not all fruits are allowed (such as too caloric, banana, grape, etc).

Menu fruit diet

Then a few menus for fruit diet you can combine as you wish.
Breakfast and snack

Always 2 pieces of fruit, you choose.

You also have to eat 2 pieces of fruit mandatory, and add one of the following courses:

Fish: hake, a can of tuna, some other kind of fish you want. Grilled or boiled.
Meat: Chicken, beef, lean pork tenderloin or burgers of any kind (meat only).
Eggs: boiled or grilled. A whole egg and some extra clear.

dinner

At dinner it is somewhat harder than the food. You also have to eat 2 pieces of fruit and opt (mostly) in dairy products.

Dairy: 2 yogurts, low-fat cheese, a couple of glasses of skim milk.
Broth, a cup of broth.

What benefits do I get to the fruit diet?

Being such a restrictive diet, it is undeniable that the weight loss will be rapid. I figure in a week your body can be debugged quickly and lose 3 or 4 kilos easily.

In addition, eating as much fruit, sure you’ll be full all day because the fruit contains a lot of water and fiber, which incidentally will be used to go to the bathroom more often.

Anyway, repeating what I said above, better not follow this fruit diet for too long, only the right to return to your normal weight because you can do some excess committed, but little else.
