Foods to avoid with diabetes

For diabetics must always be vigilant because not all food can be consumed. If you do not control the food, can cause blood sugar to rise. For diabetics not all vegetables can be consumed. Vegetables are not allowed for people with diabetes is that it contains starch. And to know that a lot of starchy vegetables is easy enough sweet taste. Let’s say potatoes and yams.
