However, if you add a little of both activities ( paid and free ) could be exercising 5-6 days a week and did not even want. Here are some ideas to fill your calendar with fun things to do that will also keep working on a regular basis .
1. Use a calendar : I like to use Google calendar as it is based on the web and I can not access it easily . Plus it can send email reminders of upcoming appointments. Whatever schedule you choose, the goal is to fill it with activities like fitness you can throughout the month .
2 . Make a list : Are there things you’ve always wanted to try but never get to ? Make a list of activities to keep you physically active. Indoor climbing, martial arts classes , dance classes, boxing , zumba , etc.
3 . Sign up: Decide which classes or activities that you like . Find out what you can afford and find free fonts and inexpensive too . When you find what you like , schedule some classes. Now you can start filling your calendar with fun things .
4 . A route map : If you like running, walking or cycling, outline some ways that you can use . You can find your local trails for biking and / or walking or running. Add to your calendar.
5 . Exercise for a cause : There are plenty of causes that can participate in making 3k, 5k, etc. You can walk or run . Find one in your area you can make and connect to your schedule.
6 . Contests : Local gyms and fitness groups often have skills that can be trained for . Stay alert and find what you like . You never know , you could be winning trophies too!
Remains in the search for activities that will keep moving. Your calendar can be exhausted and have fun things do not feel like exercise at all. If you never thought of yourself as an active person , this is a great way to start and meet other active people to keep you motivated .
Are you active ? What are some of your tips ?
