Broccoli-RecipeHere I give away a Recipe Delicious with Broccoli: One of The Fat Burning Vegetables

Some vegetables such as broccoli, help burn fat because they help counteract excess estrogen we produce by eating xenoestrogens, chemicals like pesticides and herbicides that are thrown to food. Excess estrogen can stimulate our body to store excess fat. So then you have a tasty recipe with broccoli.

Vegetables Braised Broccoli with Chickpeas In Sauce

Ingredients for 2 people:

1 medium Broccoli.
Eggplant ½.
½ zucchini.
2 Green Peppers Italian.
1 Red Pepper.
1 Carrot.
½ onion.
50 grams of cooked chickpeas.
Ground Cumin.
1 natural yoghurt (ideally, craftsman)
Olive Oil.
Sal

Preparation:

Pour the cooked chickpeas and yogurt in the bowl of the mixer. Add a pinch of salt, a drizzle of olive oil (small amount) and sprinkle some ground cumin (preferably initially the amount is small and always too late to rectify the flavor by adding a little more). Beat this mixture until you get the texture of sauce you want. Keep the sauce in the refrigerator until serving time.

Wash vegetables thoroughly with running water in a colander and escúrrelas. Cut the zucchini, peppers, carrots and eggplant into strips. Take off the broccoli stem and cut the rest into medium sized pieces. Peel the onion and cut it to taste.

Heat in a pan 3 tablespoons olive oil. First Add the zucchini, eggplant, peppers, broccoli and carrot. Sálalos. Cook them over low heat for about 6 minutes, while you’re removing them occasionally so that they cook evenly. Then add the onion and Salala slightly. Continue cooking the vegetables 4-5 minutes over low heat, stirring from time to time.

When you see enough vegetables are browned, remove them from heat and serve on a plate with chickpea sauce you have prepared in advance. The combination of crunchy vegetables and chickpea sauce creates an interesting contrast.
