Coffee, tea or skim milk (unsweetened )

half a grapefruit
Lunch ( food)
6 ounces of beef or grilled chicken
Tomato salad ( tomato ) and lettuce dressed with lemon juice , salt and pepper. The amount you want.

Tea or coffee and an apple or other fruit
dinner
Omelet three egg whites and one yolk with vegetables
6 ounces of beans or beans (the kind you want ) nonfat
if you want to eat more salad (same as lunch )

Lettuce and tomato salad dressed with lemon juice and a teaspoon of olive oil and pepper to taste
6 ounces of lamb chop or roast chicken
6 ounces tomato juice

1 small fruit

6 ounces green beans or beans (no fat)
Cabbage and squash tender fried in a teaspoon of olive oil
Half cup of applesauce or other fruit
Tea, coffee or diet soda

2 slices of whole bread
6 ounces of grilled chicken or fish
Salad ( dressing of lemon, salt and pepper )
