IS GOOD FOR ME?
The main rules of the diet is not using any fat or sugar in foods and drink lots of water. Also you can not do the time, just once a month.
But this does not mean it’s good for you. Remember that the best diet is one that is being made for you by a specialist, There have been cases of women who initiate ” the thirteenth day diet ” and ended up hospitalized for malnutrition, anemia and other problems. So be cautious.
