Do cardio after weights to burn fat

One issue that often times I have heard and a lot of people ask me anymore is when doing cardio if you want to combine with the weight, whether it should be before or after thereof.
I always thought that was a very simple answer and the many people domain, why should always do the exercise or anaerobic exercise weights before Cardio or aerobic exercise, but for a while I stopped to watch people who goes to the same gym as me.
Coincidentally, on the one side are those who just do weights and heated with a few sets at a low level, and rarely do Cardio because they are just in time, and many people who come to the area sweaty weights session after making his cardiovascular while we do weights Cardio after very few, and even fewer do HIIT but this is another topic.
With this post we will try to put some order in regard to the order in which they must perform cardiovascular exercise combined with weights, although it should be clear that should always be performed after these if you care about the amount of muscle, explaining why this decision.
Anaerobic exercise
