Weight Loss Diet 5 kilos, daily
first Day

Breakfast: black tea or coffee, 1/2 orange, 1 slice of wholemeal toast with a thin layer of cheese.
Lunch: 100 grams of lean meat, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup carrots, 1 cup vanilla ice cream dessert.
Mid-afternoon: an apple and tea
Dinner: 1/2 can of tuna in brine, 1 whole wheat toast, black coffee or tea.

CARE “VANILLA ICE CREAM”

There is a cream, it actually makes 4 egg whites to stiff peaks and vanilla sprinkle. It also pours sweetener. You put it in the fridge before drinking and keeps the texture, flavor and appearance of vanilla ice cream. The idea is to consume 1 cup or half cup of proteins by day.

A grown man of 75 kilos need: 62 g protein per day, a 65 kg needs 53 grams of protein a day.
second day

Breakfast: 1 egg (boiled, grilled or omelette with very little oil), 1 slice whole wheat toast, 1/2 banana, black coffee or tea.
Lunch: 1 small fillet of beef, 1 cup broccoli, carrots 1/2 cup, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream dessert.
Mid-afternoon: half a banana and tea.
Dinner: 1 cup of cheese and 6 crackers.

third day

Breakfast: an apple, cheddar cheese 30 grams of five crackers, black tea or coffee.
Lunch: 1 can of natural tuna, 1 cup carrots, 1 cup cauliflower, and 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream dessert.
Mid-afternoon: an apple and you
Dinner: boiled egg, a slice of wholemeal toast.

You can swap dinner for lunch, adapting to how you organize it
