Diet for cholesterol

The fight cholesterol diet is a diet that is based on consumption and food combination to control triglycerides.

A part of the diet that we propose is advisable to follow certain tips like the drinking about two liters of water daily, aerobic exercise continuously, and avoid eating certain foods or products that contain high levels of fat, or that may affect directly to the diet and in the body as some sweeteners, eating sweets or alcohol, etc..

For breakfast and snack

Menu 1:

Coffee with milk without sugar.
Fruits.

Menu 2

Café.
Wholemeal bread with cream cheese or semi.
A yogurt.

Menu 3:

A tomato stuffed with tuna.
Café.
A yogurt to taste.

Menu 4:

Tomato juice.
Grain toast with cream cheese.
Coffee without milk or sugar.

For lunch

Menu 1:

Brown rice with red pepper.
Fish cooked grilled august.
Fruit to taste.

Menu 2:

Vegetable soup to taste.
Choice of meat cooked on the grill.
Vegetable salad.
A yogurt.

Menu 3:

Lentil stew with pepper and garlic.
Fish with onions, preferably grilled or baked.
Fruit to taste.

Menu 4:

Wheat macaroni with sauce to taste.
Seafood to taste, avoiding fried foods.
Te.

Menu 5:

Cauliflower to taste
Grilled chicken with tomato.

Menu 6:

Broccoli taste, preferably boiled or steamed.
Meat to taste
Vegetable salad.
Gelatin Light.

Menu 7:

Asparagus taste.
Grilled chicken with onion and grated carrot.

Menu 8:

Vegetable soup to taste
Fish fillet with garlic and parsley.

For dinner

Menu 1:

Grilled Artichokes with garlic and parsley.
Chicken with shredded carrots.
Baked apple.

Menu 2:

Gazpacho.
Asparagus omelette made with egg whites.

Menu 3:

A grapefruit.
Breaded chicken, preferably baked.
Vegetable salad.

Menu 4:

Vegetable salad with tuna.
Baked fish with pepper and onion.

Menu 5:

Vegetable soups to taste.
Chicken with mashed potatoes.

Menu 6:

Gazpacho or tuna stuffed tomato.
Meat to taste.
Salad to taste.
Gelatin Light.

Menu 7:

Spinach herbidas
Grilled chicken with shredded carrots.

Menu 8:

Asparagus taste.
Grilled sole.
Baked apple.
