Irritable bowel syndrome diet

If you have been diagnosed with Syndrome “irritable colon” or irritable bowel syndrome diet and develop constipation or diarrhea or alternating constipation and diarrhea, you should increase your fiber intake by:
Increase your intake of fiber-rich foods: bread, fruits and vegetables skin.
Use wheat bran supplements: 4-8 tablespoons daily, mixed with liquid or food.

Change your eating habits:
Make a diet “low fat” and “high protein” (meat and fish).
Eat slowly and chew well try.
Avoid heavy food, more frequent meals are preferable and less abundant.
Avoid foods that you notice that trigger or worsen their symptoms. The more often you will lose out are: spices, alcohol, tonic soups envelopes, cocoa, milk, cheese, yogurt, pastries, cakes, ice cream, butter, …
If diarrhea predominates avoid dairy products, coffee, tea and chocolate. You can make vegetable milk (almond).
Avoid drinks with gas and flatulent food as cabbage, cauliflower, beans, chickpeas, lentils, Brussels sprouts, onions, leeks, peas, nuts and preserved.
Increase water intake (1.5 to 2 liters per day), especially if constipation predominant.
Try to maintain a regular meal schedule, and try to pass it at the same time and unhurried, preferably after breakfast.
Perform physical exercise, walking, swimming, …
Abdominal pain can be relieved by applying gentle local heat.
Avoid using laxatives.
Avoid, if possible, situations that put him nervous or get stressed.
A diet:
Breakfast and lunch:
Almond milk, tea or coffee infusion. Sugar. Bread. Margarine. Fruits: apple, pear, banana … Natural fruit juice.
Main meals:
Broths and soups of vegetables or meats, non-fat.
Pasta, cooked or baked potatoes. Rice.
Lean meats (beef, chicken, turkey, pork, lamb) cooked, baked or grilled. No fries.
Fish of all types, not fried.
Eggs.
All vegetables except the above.
Lettuce, endive, tomato.
Fruits: apple, pear, banana. Baked apples. Jelly.
Bread.
Accessories:
Oil (olive, sunflower, corn): two tablespoons a day.
Drinking: only water or natural fruit juices.
You can add salt, except that is not indicated by other diseases (hypertension. ..).
It would be better to consult with your doctor about this issue, in order to get the right solution for irritable bowel syndrome.
