Avocado to beautify the skin and hair

avocadoFor a long time the avocado has been away from diets to maintain weight….. But… avocado?, Do you really fat? Although it is a highly caloric fruit, if eaten in moderation does not have to get fat.

Thanks to its high content of essential fatty acids (“good” fats that help lower blood cholesterol), avocado becomes sometimes regarded as a vegetable butter.

Avocado is rich in phytochemicals, which help protect the body from free radicals, pollutants and some diseases. It also highlights the content in folic acid and vitamin C, B6, A and E, all of which are necessary to maintain the health and beauty of the skin.

Thanks to its excellent properties, avocado becomes an excellent treatment to beautify the skin and hair.

A simple nourishing facial mask to prepare an avocado mash is mixed with a teaspoon of olive oil if you have dry or mixed with lemon juice if you have oily skin skin. The resulting paste on the face and neck apply, leave on for ten minutes and rinse with warm water.

Similarly, a homemade recipe to beautify hair and nourish the scalp is as follows:

Ingredients:

1 large avocado

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 small teaspoon of oatmeal powder

1 tablespoon honey

3 tablespoons of yogurt or cream (if we have very dry hair)

Preparation:

Peel avocado, cut into cubes and put into a bowl.

Mash avocado with a fork. Are added one by one, the other ingredients in the order indicated above.

Mix well until a smooth paste.

Apply by gently massaging the scalp and hair.

Leave on for half an hour and rinse with warm water.

Finally, the hair with regular shampoo wash.
