A diet with juices

juicesJuices or juices may be used as a supplement to any diet as they are very beneficial to the body, help you lose weight, add fruits and vegetables if it costs you incorporate them into your meals, detoxify and hydrate, strengthen defenses and increase energy.

It is clear that fruit and vegetables are very good, but clarified that they only based diet can have serious consequences. If the body stops using basic nutrients such as protein or carbohydrates can have deficiencies that can lead to side effects like hair loss, premature aging of the skin, appearance of eczema, teeth decay and more.

Here we present a model of menu you can if you feel bloated or have stomach resented eating disorders.

On rising
• Drink a glass of warm water with lemon
• Optional : Grapefruit juice.

breakfast
• cereal
• low-fat yogurt
• an infusion

A media banter
• Energizing Juice: Processes a beet, 2 carrots, 4 leaves of spinach, 2 oranges and a little ginger.
• Optional: Orange juice or pear juice

food
• hake fillet or grilled chicken with baked potato or carrot and egg salad or brown rice (cooked ) with vegetable

Between lunch and snack
• Debugger and digestive juice : In a blender, process a cucumber, 4 stalks celery, 2 apples, 6 cabbage leaves, half a lemon and a teaspoon of ginger.
• Optional: Apple juice

picnic
• dessert juice 3 sweet potatoes peeled, 4 peaches and 2 red apples. Processed and served sprinkled with a little cinnamon.
• Optional: Prune juice

dinner
• Dish broth or homemade vegetable soup
• carrot and beet salad or raw beets ( grated )
• Optional: Plate of grilled vegetables : pumpkin, pepper or red pepper, asparagus, artichokes or artichoke, broccoli and mushrooms).
Key tips :

• Remember that juices should be natural, have purchased more calories and few nutrients.

• Do not abuse the juice diet, you can do it once or twice a week.

• Ideally, take at least one juice a day, fasting.

• In case you are not going to eat any more breakfast worth into a smoothie by adding almond milk or soy, for juices alone do not have protein. The flaxseed or chia seeds are a nice addition.

• If the juice contains more vegetables, fruits, reduces the caloric content.

• The detoxification properties are not entirely certain. ” The kidneys are cleansing the body, no juice can do a better job than them.”

• Where possible, you should take the freshly made juices. If you have to prepare in advance, add the juice of half a lemon to make preservative tightly closed and store in the fridge ( you do not miss more than 8 hours ).

• Pregnant women are excluded because they could affect the baby, and for some people with diseases such as diabetes would be contraindicated by excessive consumption of sugars.
