3) Cut the sodas and replace water at least eight glasses a day. Water cleanses the system and keeps the body hydrated and healthy.

4) Eat more to lose more - replace the three large meals several small meals at least four or five. It is a healthy breakfast if you want you can make the largest meal of the day. Thus, when lunch rolls around which are not hungry so that no unhealthy fats drunkenness.

Eating smaller meals more often to prevent hunger and amazing which helps increase metabolism so the body burns more fat and lose more weight.

5) Another quick way to burn fat and lose weight is to exercise. Weight training is a great way to tone the body, but the added benefit is muscle burn fat long after your workout is over. The rapid weight loss will not happen overnight, but if you stick with the plan, the weight will come off fast.

    Drink lots of water. 8-10 glasses of water a day.
    Fruit juices and soups dietary
    Avoid alcohol and carbonated sodas
    Drink tea or herbal infusions. The coffee should be avoided
    Eat fresh vegetables and fruits that contain lots of fiber daily to help digestion.
    Drink skim milk instead of whole milk.
    Avoid sweets, chocolates and ice cream.
