10 tips to improve your body fitness

Everyone has a trick or two to share as regards to health and fitness. I have put together some boards that may be useful . When you are trying to obtain or maintain an exercise habit , good to have some helpful tips to keep in mind to keep moving on a regular basis .
1. Use gadgets - Invest in an iPod and fill it with your favorite playlists . Heart Rate Monitors , GPS, running applications available fresh fitness on an iPhone or other smart phone can be fun and motivating.
2 . Wake up and exercise - This is great advice for gymjunkies.com where you jump out of bed and start with 30 seconds of exercise . It’s a great way to start the day off right .
3 . Join a club setting - Most of these are free and can be anything from sports to just walk . Check out the bulletin boards in the library, coffee shops , or look online for clubs in your area adjustment .
4. From geek to freak - This is one of the most popular fitness hacks that I found Tim Ferriss in which he won 34 pounds . muscle in 4 weeks. Also check out his article on how to lose 20 pounds. fat in 30 days.
5 . Reward System - Motivation is key when it comes to being consistent with exercise and nutrition. Establish some sort of reward system for you. This may include your favorite treats , buying new clothes fitness , etc.
6 . Take pictures before and pictures of the march - This can be very motivating as you see where you are and focus on where you want to be in terms of weight loss, adding muscle and get in shape completely. Take pictures of progress along your fitness journey about once a month.
7 . Accountability is essential - Report or track your workouts can do wonders in terms of consistency and motivation. Be accountable to someone ( friend, relative, coach ) and / or start your workouts in a journal or calendar. Since using Beachbody products like P90X , I can schedule and record every one of my workouts on your calendar free exercises .
8 . Create a challenge - can be really creative here . Maybe you want to be able to do 10 pushups or running your first 5K . The challenge can be large or small , provided it is something I really want to do and know you can achieve. Make it fun and reward yourself along the way.
9. Prioritize - Schedule your workouts for the week and do not let them distract you from other activities. Let your friends know that you can not hang out until you get your workout in. When others see that fitness is a priority for you , they will start to respect and that it will become a habit faster.
10 . Ditch the car - If you can bike to work, give it a try for a few days to see if it’s something I could do more often. When I used to travel by train , some people brought their bikes on board, and I thought,what a great way to save money and exercise daily.
